The Story
From emergency dispatch to enterprise AI.
I started my career in 2004 building real-time public safety and emergency dispatch systems — mission-critical software where downtime meant lives at risk. That context shaped how I approach every system: reliability and architectural integrity are not optional.
Over the next decade I worked across Europe in enterprise IT services, then moved into Australian defence — developing maritime domain awareness platforms for national security programs at L3 Oceania. Secure, classified, high-availability systems.
Since relocating permanently to Perth, I've been deeply embedded in Western Australia's energy sector — delivering for Western Power, Synergy, and ATCO across smart grid infrastructure, IoT platforms, DER governance, and renewable energy programs. I've also delivered healthcare platforms at national scale for Sonic Healthcare.
I founded KMS ITC to bring that depth of experience to organisations that need a senior technical partner, not a consulting firm that sends a graduate after the kickoff. When you engage KMS ITC, you work directly with me.
