Running a complex multi-workstream transformation?
We can embed as a full technical delivery partner — architecture, engineering, and governance under one engagement. Scope and pricing are defined together.
FAQ
Common questions.
Who will I actually work with?
Kun Li — the founder and principal consultant — leads every engagement directly. There's no handoff to junior staff after the contract is signed.
Do you work with organisations outside Perth?
Yes. While most of our clients are in Perth and Western Australia, we regularly work remotely across Australia. For architecture and advisory work, location is rarely a constraint.
Do you work in regulated industries?
Yes — much of our track record is in regulated environments: energy, defence, healthcare, and government. We understand compliance requirements, security constraints, and audit obligations.
What's the best way to start?
A Discovery Session. You'll walk away with something useful regardless of whether we work together further — and it gives us both the context to decide if a longer engagement makes sense.
