Service providers and overseas processing
The website uses third-party services needed to operate the contact and analytics functions:
- Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to KMS ITC. Web3Forms states that its servers are located in the United States and that form submissions are not retained as submission records, although temporary server logs may exist.
- Vercel Web Analytics processes limited website-usage data for aggregated statistics. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product does not use third-party cookies or associate analytics with an identifiable individual by default.
These providers operate under their own privacy terms and may process information outside Australia. Do not submit the form if you do not want your information processed in this way; you may instead contact KMS ITC to discuss another communication method.
Storage, security and retention
Contact enquiries are delivered to KMS ITC's business email and may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
